Keto diets are quite common for people working to lose weight and those who want to adopt healthy eating. 1. Chocolate Mousse

The keto mousse is made with rich and nutritional products which are the whipping cream, cocoa powder, dark chocolate, and sugar substitute. How to prepare the chocolate mousse.

A serving of around four to five people.


1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream.

1/3 cup of cocoa powder.

2 tbsp stevia

3 chunks of chocolate.

Coconut powder optional.


Whip the cream using a mixture on a medium speed you till thick.

Add the cocoa powder and the stevia.

Whisk the three ingredients until it forms a foam at the top.

Add the coconut powder if desired.

Then put the extract in a glass and keep in in a refrigerator overnight to cool

Then cut the chocolate chunk sprinkle it on top and serve.

Note that you can also serve this dessert with low carb fruit topping.

2. Keto snicker bars

If your kids love candy bar, then this is the perfect dessert to make them as it is super healthy and nutritious as well. They are made with zero sugar but are tasty.

A serving for five people.


1 1/2 cup of dark chocolate

1 tbsp of butter.

2 tbsp of heavy cream.

1 cup of almond flour.

1/4 cup of sugarless nuts.

1 tbsp of keto sweetener.

4 tbsp butter.

1/4 cup xylitol

1/2 cup heavy slated cream roasted nuts.


Mix the dark chocolate with butter and melt in the microwave.

Pour the mixture in a small bowl lined with a wax paper to prevent it from sticking.

Then add the almond layer and mix until soft.

Add a sticky sweetener such as honey or nut butter on top of the chocolate and spread evenly.

Put the mixture in a freezer.

Next, add butter into a small saucepan and heat it under low or medium heat. Stir the product until it turns brown. Add sweetener, heavy salted cream, and stir together.

Simmer it for about 10 to 15 minutes.

Allow it to cool down and then pour it over the frozen chocolate mixture.

Lastly, pour the peanuts on top and cut it into bars of reasonable sizes.

3. Keto cheesecake

If you prefer having cakes for dessert, well you can still enjoy your piece even on a keto diet. They are super easy to make, plus no baking is necessary when making the cake.


40 gm sour cream.

70 gm cream cheese at room temperature.

28 gm grass-fed cow butter at room temperature.

1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract.

1/4 tbsp of lemon juice extract.

3 tbsp keto sweetener such as xylitol.


Add the sour cream in a bowl and beat with a mixer until wholly whipped. This should take around 3 to 4 minutes using an electric mixer.

Add cream cheese and the grass-fed butter to a bowl and mix until you get a consistency cream.

Then add the vanilla extract, lemon juice, and then sweeten the mixture.

Add the cheesecake mixture into graham Craker lined glass and refrigerate. Then on the side fold in the whipped sour cream, Freeze them for about 30 minutes or more.

Cut the frozen cake into pieces and serve it with sour cream topping.
